Shipping and Returns Policy
This applies to All Products including original works, artist editions, limited editions and framed works:
We want you to be delighted and enjoy your purchase so each item is carefully packed to the highest standards and delivered by registered mail or courier.
Some items are shipped directly to you from the Artist and they pack items using our guidelines.
Free Postage Items
We aim to provide postage as a free service for many of our art products. This relates mainly to art prints and original prints including limited edition prints which are sent rolled and placed in a transit tube for added security.
Chargeable Postage Items
Original paintings and framed prints which require additional packaging and special delivery can be discussed upon purchase.
We aim to keep all packaging and delivery charges to a minimum.

We have successfully shipped prints and art works across the world for many years to very happy collectors.
Change of mind
If you order a product as a consumer and cancel your contract with us within seven working days beginning on the day after you receive the product, the cost of sending the product to you, but not your costs in returning it, will be refunded.
Not as expected
If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we?will instruct you with details on how to return it.
You can return any unused product to us within?14 days of receiving it, and a refund or replacement will be issued to you within?14 days of receipt of the returned product.
For items shipped directly to you from the Artist:? Returns should be made to Outlines? unless otherwise instructed.
In all? such cases, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item.
The products should be returned to the address shown below in the existing packaging in an unused and otherwise re-saleable condition.
You must take reasonable care to ensure the products are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit from you.
We very strongly advise that you use a registered postal service.
We will not accept responsibility for editions that are not delivered back to us or are damaged in transit to us.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item is defective or if it becomes faulty:
If you return a product because it is defective, incorrectly supplied or develops a fault, both the cost of sending the product to you and your costs in returning it will be refunded.
Please tell us what is wrong with the item and, if relevant, include a photo of the fault.
Reasonable wear and tear due to the passage of time is not usually considered a fault.
When returning an item:
We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage and to photograph all evidence of defective goods complete with packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for products lost in the post or damaged on their return journey.
Damaged in transit:
Items are sent insured and refunds for carriage because of damage in transit are obtained from the carrier.
