Christina Bonnett’s many subjects include life studies, landscapes, still life and animals utilising various styles to achieve striking artworks.
About The Artist
Christina lived in London for many years where she ran her framing and gallery business known as Outlines. In 2005 Christina moved to Devon and works from her Studio in the depths of the countryside.
Christina continues painting, drawing and exploring the rudiments of etching, linocut and screenprinting.
She is excited by many different media and enjoys nothing better than to learn something new.
As well as running her Gallery and Picture Framing business Christina has illustrated books, made furniture, painted murals, managed and worked on building projects and designed gardens.
Her subjects include life studies, landscapes, still life and animals. Christina’s style varies, changing with the materials she uses from delicate watercolour, oil paints and vibrant acrylics. Her etchings and linocuts add yet another dimension to her art.
Christina has shown her work in solo exhibitions in London, Devon and locations in Portugal and France. She has particpated extensively in joint exhibitions and Gallery events. She has also been involved in local ‘open studio’ events for some years.
