Making A Purchase Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Shipping And Handling Handling and packing is charged at £1 plus an additional 25% of the shipping charge. United Kingdom Royal Mail Standard - Normally within 3 working days. Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland may take 1-2 days longer Royal Mail 24 hours - Next day delivery to England, Wales and parts of Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) North America International Economy - up to 28 days from posting International Datapost - 1-2 days from date of posting International Standard approx 5 working days from date of posting All other destinations - Please email us with your requirements and postage will be charged at cost. We will inform you of the Cost and await your approval before despatch.

Delivery Schedule Please allow 28 days for delivery, although it will normally be much faster. All orders are despatched once payment has been received and cleared by Worldpay. European orders will generally take between 4 to 10 Days Please note that some items may require export documentation if ordered from outside of the EC. Approximately 2 - 3 weeks may be added to the delivery time. We will inform you if this is so. You may cancel for a full refund if the time delay is a problem. We will always make every effort to despatch your order to you as quickly as possible . The shipping method you choose will affect the delivery time.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are TAX free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT(tax) to zero .

Guarantee All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee and you may return any item within thirty days if not fully satisfied. Returned items must be in the same condition as when we sent them. All items must be properly packed and insured for the full value. You will receive a full refund less shipping costs.
